Bodybuilder relaxed not flexing
WebBasically if your bodyfat percentage isnt around 5-10% your abs just wont show without flexing them. Im at 10% currently, 181cm tall 73kg heavy and my abs are visible in good light without flexing but only barely and only the top 6 (i have 8 visible total). If i flex you can see all 8 even in medium to bad light.
