WebJun 22, 2015 · It's from a new location by Winchester. The Govt rules for military ammo say that the mfr has to have a different headstamp for each individual location. They just use excess brass from that location to load commercial ammo. We got some brass from a local range and I found a WMA 15 40 S&W loaded round in with it. V. Feeding processed brass to the Dillon 1050 is like giving skittles to a fat kid. Just makes life so much easier. Have always had great results with CCI and Federal brass.

I'm a bit surprised to see the LC headstamp, but my real question here is about the variety of the headstamps. What I see is the + in circle indicating that is NATO 5.56, the LC stamp and 19, which I'm assuming means 2024.
